Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are made from Richmond HIll warehouse.  Shipping costs will be charged on the invoice unless customer specifies their own shipper.
All freight claims must be handled upon RECEIPT of shipment.  All merchandise is carefully inspected and appropriately packed prior to leaveing our warehouse.  It is the customer's responsibility to inspect packaging and merchandise at the time of receipt of goods.  Loss and/or damage claims must be clearly indicated on the bill of lading upon delivery and reported to us within 3 business days.

Cancellation, Returns & Replacements

Cancellation:

Cancellations can be requested via our customer service center. We make cancellation requests on a best efforts basis with the manufacturers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we may try to stop your order from shipping.

Please note, refunds for cancelled products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.

Credit will be processed once your cancellation request is confirmed cancelled by the manufacturer.

Cancellations are made on a best efforts basis. Due to our priority with manufacturers, and our Quick Delivery guarantee, our orders are processed very quickly. It is not always possible to stop an order from shipping, even if you request to cancel the same day an order was placed. We will do all we can to stop the order, but if it should ship, return fees are the customers responsibility.

Returns & Replacements:
Please call, fax or email us for a Return Authorization ticket.
All returns require a Return Authorization from Instyle Lighting Inc.  Any returns without an authorization will be refused by the warehouse.
We do not provide payment for return shipping except for defects or order processing irregularities.  Instyle Lighting will issue a call tag with our preferred carrier.  Otherwise, the retuailer is responsible for all return shipping. 
Damages through shipping or manufacturing defects will be SERVICED by shipment of replacement components or, if deemed a total loss by Instyle Lighting, the item will be EXCHANGED for same product only with freight charges waived.  Instyle Lighting Inc reserves the right to request proper documentation including pictures of product(s) subject to claim. 
Credits towards your account will be applied as soon as the product is received and immediately inspected by us. 
Ordering (apply to wholesalers only)
Send your purchase orders online, phone or by fax or by email, which will be confirmed by Instyle Lighting Inc via reply.
For fax/email order, please list product number, color along with quantity and price. 
Please specify your preferred method of shipping.
Prepaid orders must be paid either by certified check, credit card or bank transfer.
Your order confirmation will indicate delivery date and we will immediately contact you if a product is not in stock. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Credit card: Visa, MasterCard.
  • PayPal. 
  • Check card (also called debit cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Viewing Orders
For the most recent status of your order, login to your Instylelighting.ca account.
Updating Account Information
  1. Login with your the email address you used to register.
  2. Select the information link on the left (i.e., Email Address, Name, Billing Address, etc.) that you wish to change.
  3. Enter the updated information.
  4. Click the Submit Changes button to update your information.
